การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาการบริ หารงานวิชาการสู่ ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา สังกัดส านักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยองเขต 1 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครู ปีการศึกษา 2564 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเทียบหากลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครซี่และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 327 คน ด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน คือ ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the 21st century skills of school administrators in schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) study the academic administrations leading to educational excellence in these schools, 3 ) study the relationship between the skills of administrators and administrations leading to educational excellence in these schools, and 4) create a forecasting equation for the skills of administrators affecting the administrations leading to educational excellence in these schools. This was quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 327 government teachers in the academic year 2021, determined by using Krejcie and Morgan’s sample comparison table with proportional stratified random sampling. The research tool was a 2-part, 5-level questionnaire about the skills of school administrators and administrations leading to educational excellence. The discrimination power of the questionnaire was 0.69 - 0.95, and the confidence value was 0.99. The data were analyzed with: mean, standard division, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.
