การวิจัยครั้ง มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริม การจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 323 คน และใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) ความถี่ 2) ร้อยละ 3) ค่าเฉลี่ย (X̅) 4) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) 5) การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างด้วย Independent t-test และ 6) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - way ANOVA)

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the role of school administrators in promoting student-centered instructional management based on the opinions of teachers under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office; and 2) to compare the role of school administrators in promoting student-centered instructional management based on the opinions of those teachers classified by gender, educational background, work experience and the size of the school. The sample group used in this research consisted of 323 teachers in Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, in the academic year 2021, and they were selected by using stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for the data analysis were: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA).
