The objectives of this research were to : 1) study the policies of the administrator of the Public Relations Department of Region 7 in driving the organization to survive in the era of media disruption, 2) study the changes in officials and personnel in the department during this time, and 3) study the production and dissemination of public relations media of the department in this time. This research used the qualitative method. The research instrument used were : indepth interviews, observations and analysis of information from documents. Three groups of key informants consisted of administrators of the Public Relations Department of Region 7, editors and social media ractitioners.
