The purpose of this study was to the study on the factors affect to the employees’ decision
to resign from the Prachakij Group” classified by sex, age group, education, revenue level and
marital status, duration practices at current affiliated companies. The samples used were 400 employees
of companies. Instruments used to collect data was the five – rating questionnaire. The statistics
based on frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation of the test (t-test) and one-way analysis of
variance (ONOVA).
The results showed that factors affecting the decision of employees to resign from
employment Prachakij Group. Overall level of comments is at the low level (Χ = 2.24). For each
item these was moderate item and low level 4 items. The most to the least factor are the nature
of work ( Χ = 2.48) affect the decision to resign from the factors of organization ( Χ = 2.25),
the second factor, the supervisors and co-workers ( Χ = 2.24), the third factors of the social
environment ( Χ = 2.23), the fourth personal factors ( Χ = 2.02) was ranked the fifth. Factors
affecting the decision to leave the company classiffed by sex, age, education , revenue, marital
status, duration of the operation in overall and each aspect was not significantly different.
