This research aimed to: 1) formulate a model for excellence in school administrations in schools under the Education Sandbox in Rayong Province, 2) evaluate the effectiveness of this model, and 3) propose policy recommendations for fostering excellence in these schools. The study adopted a research and development methodology, which was structured into 3 distinct phases. Phase 1, formulated a model for excellence in school administrations in schools under the Education Sandbox in Rayong Province. Phase 2, evaluated this model for excellence in school administrations. Finally, phrase 3, proposed policy recommendations for achieving excellence in these schools. This was conducted through rigorous document analysis, in-depth interviews, confirmatory factor analysis, and a policy meeting. The data were analyzed using: frequency, percentage, mean (x), standard deviation (S.D.), structural equation analysis and content analysis which were presented in a descriptive style.
