The 21st Century Skills of School Administrators Affecting the Academic Administrations Leading to Educational Excellence in Schools Under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the 21st century skills of school administrators in schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) study the academic administrations leading to educational excellence in these schools, 3 ) study the relationship between the skills of administrators and administrations leading to educational excellence in these schools, and 4) create a forecasting equation for the skills of administrators affecting the administrations leading to educational excellence in these schools. This was quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 327 government teachers in the academic year 2021, determined by using Krejcie and Morgan’s sample comparison table with proportional stratified random sampling. The research tool was a 2-part, 5-level questionnaire about the skills of school administrators and administrations leading to educational excellence. The discrimination power of the questionnaire was 0.69 - 0.95, and the confidence value was 0.99. The data were analyzed with: mean, standard division, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.
