The roles of school administrators in the volatility} uncertainty, complexity and anxiety world (vuca) affecting the application of digital technology for teaching and learning in schools under Trat primary educational service area office
The purposes of the research were to: 1) study the roles of school administrators in the VUCA world in schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) study the application of digital technology for teaching and learning in these schools, 3) study the relationship between the roles of school administrators in the VUCA world and the application of
digital technology for teaching and learning in these schools, and 4) study the roles of school administrators in the VUCA world affecting the application of digital technology for teaching and learning in these schools. Quantitative research was used to conduct the research. The sample was
a group of 302 teachers in schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office in the academic year 2022. The sample was determined by using the table of Krejcie and Morgan, and selected by using proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire divided into 2 parts: Part 1 was about the roles of school
administrators in the VUCA world with a reliability of 0.95, and Part 2 was about the application of digital technology for teaching and learning with a reliability of 0.96. The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, the Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and a multiple regression analysis.
