The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the Rover Scout affairs administration of administrators and teachers, of vocational education in Chanthaburi Province, 2) to identify the good practices in these vocational education, and 3) to evaluate these good practices in the Rover Scout affairs administration of vocational education in Chanthaburi Province. This research used a 3-step mixed method approach of quantitative and qualitative research. Step 1: in the quantitative portion of the study on current problems in the Rover Scout affairs administration of vocational education in Chanthaburi Province, the sample was a group of 140 administrators and teachers in the 2019 academic year and was selected by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a discrimination of 0.31-0.69 and a reliability of 0.95. The data were analyzed by: average, standard deviation, Pearson’s product correlation, and Cronbach’s alfa coefficient. Step 2: in the qualitative portion of the identification of the good practices in the Rover Scout affairs administration of vocational education in Chanthaburi Province, the sample was a group of 12 administrators and teachers selected by the triangle principle from the following three groups: rover scout experts, administrators, and teachers. The research instrument was a discussion group and the summaries were analyzed by content analysis and synthesis to create good practices in the Rover Scout affairs administration of vocational education in Chanthaburi Province. Step 3: the evaluations of good practices were collected from the sample group in step 2 by using a 5-rating scale questionnaire which was analyzed by average and standard deviation.
