The relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators and the good moral principles of teachers in Schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the academic leadership of school administrators, 2) study the good moral principles of teachers in these schools, and 3) study the relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators and the good moral principles of teachers in these schools. The sample used in the research was a group of 327 government teachers in schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in academic year 2021 and was selected by using proportional stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was a 2-part, 5-rating questionnaire. Part 1 contained 25 questions about the school academic leadership of school administrators and had a confidence value of 0.96. Part 2 contained 30 questions about the good moral principles of teachers and had a confidence value of 0.97. The data were analyzed by: mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The results of the research showed that: 1) the academic leadership of school administrators was at the high level, 2) the good moral principles of teachers were at the highest level, and 3) the relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators and the good moral principles of teachers had a positive correlation at the statistically significant level of .05.
