การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาให้ทราบถึงระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชน และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริการของตลาดนัดเทศบาลตำบลมะขามเมืองใหม่ ตำบลมะขาม อำเภอมะขาม จังหวัดจันทบุรี การศึกษาจะใช้วิธีการศึกษารูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงพรรณาแบบบูรณาการ (Descriptive Research) คือ การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชาชนที่มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง จำนวน 366 คน การสัมภาษณ์ เจาะลึก และการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม

The purpose of this research was to examine the levels of the public satisfaction and affecting factors towards the flea market in Makham Muang Mai Sub-district Municipality in Makham District in Chanthaburi. The descriptive research of the survey study with the in-depth interview and the participatory observation was applied to this research. The research populations were the 366 qualified voters.
