The objectives of this research were 1) to study the levels of opinions towards the staff performance efficiency in Sunshine Internaional Company Limited 2) to compare the levels of opinions towards the staff performance efficiency in Sunshine International Company Limited. The personal factors of genders, ages, educational levels, departments, positions and working
experiences were studied in this research. The research populations were the 70 people. The research instruments were a questionnaire with the rating scale at 5 and the reliability level of .8. The descriptive statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, one way analysis of variance and the LSD method.
