The purposes of this research were to study and compare knowledge management of personnel staff in Santung District Municipality in Khaosaming District of Trat. The factors of gender, age, educational levels, and working experiences were investigated in this study. The sample
group used in this research consisted of 70 personnel staff in Santung District Municipality in Trat. The research instrument used to collect data was the five-rating scale questionnaire with the reliability level of .94. The data were statistically analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation,
and t-test.
