The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the level of application of the Buddhist principle of Iddhipada 4 in schools under the Trat Primary Education Area Office, 2) study the level of quality of academic work in these schools, 3) study the relationship between the application of the Buddhist principle of Iddhipada 4 and the quality of academic work of the in these schools, and 4) create a prediction equation for the application of the Buddhist principle of Iddhipada 4 affecting the quality of academic work of the in these schools. The sample was a group of 291 teachers in schools under Trat Primary Education Area Office. This is a sample that reflects the results of application of the Buddhist principle of Iddhipada 4 in schools of school administrators. Proportional stratified randomization was used, using the district where the school was located as the division class, and then sampling the sample by the simple random method. The tool used in the research was a questionnaire. It was characterized by a 5-level estimation scale, and was divided into 2 parts: 1) a questionnaire on the level of application of the Buddhist principle of Iddhipada 4 with a confidence value of 0.92, 2) a questionnaire on the level of academic quality of the educational institutions with a confidence value of 0.85. The statistics used in the data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and simple regression analysis.
