การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด 2) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 กับคุณภาพงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์การประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 ที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สะท้อนผลของการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 291 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน โดยใช้อำเภอที่ตั้งสถานศึกษาเป็นชั้นการแบ่ง จากนั้นสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน คือ 1) แบบสอบถามระดับการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.92 2) แบบสอบถามระดับคุณภาพงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.85 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่าย

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the level of application of the Buddhist principle of Iddhipada 4 in schools under the Trat Primary Education Area Office, 2) study the level of quality of academic work in these schools, 3) study the relationship between the application of the Buddhist principle of Iddhipada 4 and the quality of academic work of the in these schools, and 4) create a prediction equation for the application of the Buddhist principle of Iddhipada 4 affecting the quality of academic work of the in these schools. The sample was a group of 291 teachers in schools under Trat Primary Education Area Office. This is a sample that reflects the results of application of the Buddhist principle of Iddhipada 4 in schools of school administrators. Proportional stratified randomization was used, using the district where the school was located as the division class, and then sampling the sample by the simple random method. The tool used in the research was a questionnaire. It was characterized by a 5-level estimation scale, and was divided into 2 parts: 1) a questionnaire on the level of application of the Buddhist principle of Iddhipada 4 with a confidence value of 0.92, 2) a questionnaire on the level of academic quality of the educational institutions with a confidence value of 0.85. The statistics used in the data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and simple regression analysis.
