The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the participatory management in dual vocational education for colleges in Chaiyaphum Province, 2) compare the participatory management in these colleges, and 3) present guidelines for improving the participatory management in these colleges. This study used the mixed methods. For the quantitative portion, the sample was a group of 331 college administrators, teachers and educational personnel in the colleges. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire which had a confidence value of 0.987. The statistics used in the data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation coefficient, Cronbachs Alpha Coefficient, T-test, and one-way analysis of variance. The qualitative portion consisted of in-depth interviews with 10 college administrators, teachers, educational personnel, parents, secondary and higher education students, and business owners in these colleges and focus group discussions with an additional 5 stakeholders by a specific method of selection. The data were analyzed by: content analysis, triangulation data validation method and presented in descriptive form.
