The leadership of woman school administrators affecting the happiness in the workplace of teachers and educational personnel in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi, Trat
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the leadership of woman school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat, 2) study the happiness in the workplace of teachers and educational personnel in these schools, 3) study the relationship between the leadership of woman school administrators and the happiness in the workplace of teachers and educational personnel in these schools, and 4) create a predictive equation to forecast how the leadership of woman school administrators affect the happiness in the workplace of teachers and educational personnel in these schools. This was quantitative research. The sample was a group of 320 teachers and educational personnel and was obtained by proportional stratified random sampling in the year 2021. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire that was divided into 2 parts. Part 1, the reliability of the leadership of woman school administrators portion was 0.91, and part 2, the reliability of the happiness in the workplace of teachers and educational personnel in school’s portion was 0.92. The statistics used for analysis data were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
