Professional learning community management to create happy learning development in the next normal Era : a case study of The Kruewaiwittayakom School, Pong Namron District Chanthaburi Province
The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the management of professional learning communities in the next normal era at Kruewaiwittayakom School, Pong Namron District, Chanthaburi Province, 2) synthesize factors that affect happy learning in the next normal era, and 3) propose professional learning community management guidelines for the development of happy learning in the next normal era. This was qualitative research. Data was collected by in-depth interviews with 10 key informants, focus groups with 5 key informants and participatory observations. Data were analyzed by selective content analysis.
