Spiritual and Ideological Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Effectiveness in the Next Normal in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakaeo
The research aimed to: 1) study the spiritual and ideological leadership of school
administrators in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakaeo, 2) study
the effectiveness in the next normal in these schools, 3) study the relationship between the
spiritual leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness in the next normal in these
schools, and 4) create predictive equations for the spiritual leadership of school administrators
affecting the effectiveness in the next normal. This research was quantitative research.
The sample was a group of 260 teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office
Sakaeo, and was determined by Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The instrument used for this research
was a 5 – level rating scale questionnaire divided into 2 parts. Part 1 measured the spiritual and
ideological leadership school administrators with a reliability of 0.82. Part 2 measured the
effectiveness of school administrators in the next normal with a reliability of 0.90. The statistics
used were: average, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product moment correlation coefficient, and
multiple regression analysis.
