Desirable characteristics of school administrators in the next normal affecting the school effectiveness in schools under Rayong primary educational service area office 1
The purposes of the research were to: 1) study the desirable characteristics of school administrators in the next normal in schools under Rayong Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) study the effectiveness in these schools, 3) study the relationship between the desirable characteristics of school administrators in the next normal and the effectiveness in these schools, and 4) create a forecast equation for the desirable characteristics of school administrators in the next normal affecting the school effectiveness in these schools. This research was quantitative research. The sample group used in the research was a group of 322 government teachers in these schools in the academic year 2022. Proportional stratified random sampling was used, and the district where the school was located as the class of stratification. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a five-level estimation scale divided into 3 parts: Part 1 was about the basic
information of the respondents, Part 2 was about the desirable characteristics of school administrators in the next normal with a reliability of 0. 94, and Part 3 was about school effectiveness with a reliability of 0. 85. The statistics used in data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation efficient, and multiple regression analysis.
