A Study on the Relationship between the Knowledge Management and Internal Quality Assurance Effectiveness in Schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the Covid-19 Era
The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the knowledge management in schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the Covid-19 era, 2) study the effectiveness of internal quality assurance in the Covid-19 era in these schools, and 3) study the relationship between the knowledge management and the internal quality assurance effectiveness in the Covid-19 era. The sample used in the research was a group of 291 teachers in schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2021. The research tools were two five-rating scale questionnaires: a “knowledge management in the Covid-19 era in schools” questionnaire with a reliability of 0.92, and an “effectiveness of internal quality assurance in the Covid-19 era in schools” questionnaire with a reliability of 0.73. The statistics used to analyze the data were: mean, standard deviation, and the Pearson correlation coefficient.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) the knowledge management in the schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the Covid-19 era, overall was at the high level (x ̅ = 4.28), and was at the high level in every aspect; 2) the effectiveness of internal quality assurance in these schools in the Covid-19 era, overall was at the high level (x ̅ = 4.31), and was at the high level in every aspect; and 3) the relationship between the knowledge management and the effectiveness of internal quality assurance in these schools in the Covid-19 era, overall, showed a moderate level of positive correlation (rxy = 0.48) at the statistically significant level of 0.01.
