Academic Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Internal Quality Assurance Process in Schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office
The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the academic leadership of school administrators in schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) study the internal quality assurance process in these schools, 3) study the relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators and the internal quality assurance process, and 4) create a predictive equation for how the academic leadership of school administrators affect the internal quality assurance process in these schools. The research was quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 297 teachers in schools under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office in the academic year 2021. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportionally stratified random sampling was used by applying the school network center as the layer of division. After that, the sample of teachers at each location of the school was randomly selected by simple random sampling method. The research tool was a questionnaire with a 5-level estimation scale, divided into 2 parts: Part 1 was about the academic leadership of school administrators and had a confidence value of .89. Part 2 was about the internal quality assurance process and had a confidence value of .76. The Statistics used in data analysis were: mean. standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
