The relationship between the 21st century skills of school administrators and teachers’ happiness at work in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat
This research aimed to: 1) study the 21st century skills of school administrators, 2) study teachers’ happiness at work, and 3) study the relationship between the 21st century skills of school administrators and teachers’happiness at work in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat. The sample was a group of 306 teachers working at these schools. The research instrument was a five - rating scale questionnaire regarding the 21st century skills of school administrators with a confidence level of 0.97, and teachers’ happiness at work with a confidence level of 0.96. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
The results of this research revealed that: 1) the 21st century skills of school administrators was at the high level overall, 2) the teachers’ happiness at work was at the high level overall, and 3) the relationship between 21st century skills of school administrators and teachers’ happiness at work correlated positively at the relatively moderate level of .05 of statistical significance.
