Management equitability using the principles of morality and transparency in the new normal at the Provincial Office of Education under the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education
The purpose of this research were: 1) to study the quality of management using the principles of morality and transparency in the new normal at the Provincial Office of Education under the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, 2) to compare the quality of management using these principles, and 3) to present guidelines for improving the quality. This research used mixed methods. For the quantitative research, the sample group consisted of 346 personnel in the Provincial Office of Education. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire about the management using the principles of morality and transparency in the new normal at the Provincial Office of Education with a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbachs alpha coefficient, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. For the qualitative research, the sample group consisted of district education officers and provincial education officers who got the results of AA-level (score 95-100) in the management using the principles of morality and transparency in the fiscal year 2021. Purposive sampling was used to select the sample: 5 people for in-depth interviews and 10 people who were not in the in-depth interviews for focus group discussions. The data were analyzed by using content analysis, verified by using data triangulation, and presented by using descriptive form.
