The role of school administrators in promoting student-centered instructional management based on the opinions of teachers under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the role of school administrators in promoting student-centered instructional management based on the opinions of teachers under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office; and 2) to compare the role of school administrators in promoting student-centered instructional management based on the opinions of those teachers classified by gender, educational background, work experience and the size of the school. The sample group used in this research consisted of 323 teachers in Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, in the academic year 2021, and they were selected by using stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for the data analysis were: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA).
