21st century leadership is important for teachers’ work life in schools since school
administrators are considered to be very important in determining the direction of the organization. Under the context of the rapid change of the world in the era of globalization, operating the organization accordingly requires a good leader who has both science and art and has leadership that is consistent with the era for teachers to have a good quality of work life with both physical and mental readiness to work efficiently and really affect students. The purposes of this research were: 1) to study 21st century leadership; 2 ) to study the quality of teachers’ work life in schools; 3 ) to study the relationship between 21st century leadership and the quality of teachers’ work life in schools; and 4) to perform a regression analysis for the purpose of prediction of quality of teachers’ work life in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 from 21st century leadership. The research sample consisted of 352 government teachers from schools in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, in the 2019 academic year. The research instrument was
a five-level rating scale questionnaire about 21st century leadership and the quality of teachers’ work life in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The reliability of the whole questionnaire was 0.88. The statistics used for analysis data were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.
