This research aimed to: 1) create and find the efficiency of an activity package using brain-based learning to promote Thai reading skills for primary 3 students to meet the efficiency criterion of 80/80, 2) compare students reading skills before and after learning with the activity package, and 3) study the satisfaction of the students towards learning with the activity package. This research used research and development method. The 2 sample groups of 59 and 42 primary 3 students in the academic year 2022 were selected by purposive sampling from Anuban Wat Klongyai School and Ban Nerntan School in Khlong Yai District, Trat Province, respectively. The research instruments were: 1) an activity package using brain-based learning to promote Thai reading skill for primary 3 students, 2) 10 learning management plans using brain-based learning to promote Thai reading skills, 3) a reading skill test containing 20 items, and 4) a five-rating scale questionnaire containing 16 items for the satisfaction evaluation of the students towards learning with the activity package.
