The purposes of the research were to: 1) study the technological leadership of teachers under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) study the digital citizenship of these teachers, 3) study the relationship between the technological leadership and the digital citizenship of these teachers, and 4) create a forecasting equation of technological leadership affecting the digital citizenship of these teachers. This was quantitative research. The research sample was a group of 285 teachers in schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample size was determined by using Krejci and Morgan’s table, and proportional stratified random sampling was used based on the districts of schools. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire divided into 2 parts: part 1 was about the technological leadership with a reliability value of 0.98, and part 2 was about the digital citizenship of teachers with a reliability value of 0. 98. The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.
