School Administrators Affecting Teachers’ Motivation and Performance in Thailand 4.0 in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the school administrators’ roles in internal supervision in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong, 2) study the motivation in work performance of teachers in Thailand 4.0, 3) study the relationship between the school administrators’ roles in internal supervision and the motivation in work performance of teachers in these schools, and 4) construct a forecast equation of the school administrators’ roles in internal supervision affecting the motivation in work performance of teachers in these schools. The research sample was a group of 357 teachers and personnel under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and stratified random sampling. The research instrument used was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire divided into 2 parts: part 1 was about the school administrators’ roles in internal supervision, and part 2 was about the motivation in work performance of teachers in Thailand 4.0 with a reliability of 0.92. The data collected were analyzed in terms of: mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and simple linear regression analysis.
