Administrators’ Competency Affecting the Quality of Education in Schools under Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provincial Offices of the Non-formal and Informal Education
The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the administrators’ competency in schools under Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provincial Office of the Non-formal and Informal Education, 2) study the quality of education in thse schools, 3) study the relationship between administrators’ competency and the quality of education in thse schools, and 4) create a predictive equations for the administrators’ competency affecting of the quality of education in thse schools. The sample used in this research was a gronp of 186 teachers and staff under Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provincial Offices of the Non-formal and Informal Education. The research tools were an educational institution administrator competency questionnaire and an educational quality questionnaire. They were 5-level estimation scale questionnaires with confidence values of .86 and .83, respectively.
