Personnel Administration of School Administrators Affecting the Quality of Education for Thai Stateless Children in Schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office
The purposes of the research were to: 1) study the personnel administration of school administrators under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) study the quality of education for Thai stateless children under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, 3) study the relationship between the personnel administration of school administrators and the quality of education for Thai stateless children under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 4) study the personnel administration of school administrators affecting the quality of education for Thai stateless children under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. This was quantitative research. The sample was a group of 291 teachers in schools under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office and was derived from Krejcie and Morgan’s comparison table. The instrument used in the research was a 5-rating scale questionnaire divided into 2 parts: Part 1 had 25 questions about the personnel administration of school administrators with a reliability of 0.96, and Part 2 had 29 questions about the quality of education for Thai stateless children with a reliability of 0.94. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, average, standard deviation, Person’s correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis.
