The Skills of the School Administrators in the 21ST Century Affecting the Internal Quality Assurance during the Covid-19 Era in Schools under Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat Provincial Offices of the Non-formal and Informal Education
The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the skills of the school administrators in the 21st century in schools under Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provincial Offices of the Non-formal and Informal Education, 2) study the internal quality assurance in these schools during the Covid-19 era, 3) study the relationship between the skills of the school administrators and the internal quality assurance during the Covid-19 era, and 4) create a forecasting equation for the skills of the school administrators affecting the internal quality assurance. This was quantitative research. The sample was a group of 162 teachers and was obtained by stratified random sampling. The data were collected by using a 5-level rating scale questionnaire about the skills of the school administrators and the quality assurance. The reliability values were .91 and .92, respectively. The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
