A study and analysis of the four buddhist principles of Iddhipada Relating to administrations academic management in the 21st Century in Schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the application of the four Buddhist principles of Iddhipada, 2) study the administrations academic management in the 21st century, 3) study the relationship between the application of the four Buddhist principles of Iddhipada and administrations academic management in the 21st century, 4) study the application of the four Buddhist principles of Iddhipada in which affected administrations academic management in the 21st century, and 5) propose guidelines for applying the four Buddhist principles of Iddhipada to administrations academic management in the 21st century in schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This study was a mixed method research. For the quantitative research, the sample consisted of 338 teachers and educational personnel in schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument was an applied 5-rating scale questionnaire regarding the principles of the four Buddhist principles of Iddhipada with a confidence level of 0.93. The questionnaire of the administrations academic management in the 21st century in schools had a confidence level of 0.71. The statistics used in the data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient t-test and simple regression analysis. For the qualitative research, a sample was selected from teachers and educational personnel in schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 to conduct in-depth interviews and discussions using specific selection method. Data was analyzed using content analysis, triangulation data validation method, and presented in a descriptive form.
