Application of the buddhist Principle of Suppurisadhamma by school administrators affecting the happiness in the workplace at Schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2
The purposes of the research were to: 1) study the application of the Buddhist principle of Suppurisadhamma by school administrators, 2) investigate the level of happiness in the workplace at their schools, 3) examine the relationship between the application of this principle by
school administrators and the level of happiness in the workplace at their schools, and 4) create a forecasting equation for how the application of this principle by school administrators affects the happiness in the workplace at schools. The sample was a group of 291 school teachers under
Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instrument used was a five-rating scale questionnaire which consisted of two parts. The first part had 45 questions about the application of the principle by school administrators. It had a discrimination of between 0.21 and 0.75 and a reliability of 0.93. The second part had 30 questions about the happiness in
the workplace at schools. It had a discrimination of between 0.23 and 0.75 and a reliability of 0.91. The statistics used for data were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Person’s correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis.
