The leadership of school administrators in the 21st century affecting the creation of a happy workplace under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
Happiness in the workplace is an essential part of life because most people spend time working on a daily basis. It can be said that work is the main activity of life. In addition to work bringing income, it also brings friendship and success. Happiness in the workplace makes the personnel in the organization more powerful and affects the success of work and can lead to work efficiency. The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the leadership of school administrators in the 21st century under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) study the creation of a happy workplace under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 3) study the relationship between leadership of school administrators in the 21st century and the creation of a happy workplace under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 4) study the relationship between leadership of school administrators in the 21st century affecting the creation of a happy workplace under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample used in this research was a group of 338 school administrators and teachers under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in academic year 2020, and was obtained by stratified sampling. The research instrument used in this research was a five-level rating scale questionnaire divided into 2 parts: The validity of the questionnaire was 0.50-0.89 and reliability of the whole questionnaire was 0.98. The statistics used for analysis data were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.
