The Relationship between the Ethical Behavior of School Administrators and the Motivation and Performance of Government Teachers and Education Personnel under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office
The ethical behavior of school administrators is a guideline for administration and
behavior. The school administrators can apply this principle in order to create the motivation and performance of government teachers and educational personnel and to administrate effectively. The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the ethical behavior of school administrators; 2) the motivation and performance of government teachers and educational personnel; and 3) the relationship between the ethical behavior of school administrators and the motivation and performance of government teachers and educational personnel. The sample was a group of 310 government teachers and educational personnel under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgans table. The sample was selected by proportional stratified random sampling and classified by district, The research
instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire about the opinions of the ethical behavior of school administrators and the motivation and performance of government teachers and
educational personnel with a reliability of 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis were:
percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient.
