The research purposes were to study and compare the good governance–based execution of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 17, classified by working experience and school size. The samples of this research were 304 teachers under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 17. The instrument for data collection was a set of five – rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation , t-test, and one–way analysis of variance.
The research findings revealed that the overall good governance – based execution of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 17 was ranked as the high level. The comparison of overall good governance – based execution of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 17, classified by working experience, was different at .05 significant level statistically. The comparison of overall good governance – based execution of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 17, classified by school size, was different at .01 significant level statistically.
