The purposes of this research were to study and compare the skills of administrators according to the opinions of administrators and teachers under the office of Trat Primary Educational Service Area. The independent variables were classified by status and school size. The research samples consisted of 403 administrators and teachers under the office of Trat Primary Educational Service Area. The research instrument was a five – rating scale questionnaire
with reliability at 0.95. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA and pair comparison was tested by Scheffe′Method.
