The Relationship between School Administrations Following the Buddhist Principle of Aparihaniyadhama and the Effectiveness of Schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study school administrations following the Buddhist principle of Aparihaniyadhama (seven conditions of welfare in order to govern) in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat, 2) study the effectiveness of these schools, and 3) study the relationship between the Buddhist principle and school effectiveness. The sample was a group of 306 teachers in these schools in the academic year 2022. The research instrument was a 2-part, 5-rating scale questionnaire. The portion regarding school administrations following the Buddhist principle had a reliability of 0.98, and the portion regarding school effectiveness had a reliability of 0.93. The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
