Executive leadership is critical to the success of school administrations. It is an important duty of the executives to adapt to have appropriate characteristics and behaviors. The purposes of this research were to: 1) study creative leadership of school administrators, 2) study the effectiveness of school administrations, 3) study the relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and effectiveness in school administrations, and 4) create forecasting equations for how creative leadership of school administrators affect administrations under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample was a group of 242 school administrators and teachers under Rayong Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in academic year 2020. The sample size was obtained by stratified sampling method. The research instrument used in this research was a questionnaire divided into 2 parts: creative leadership of school administrators and effectiveness in school administrations. It was characterized by a 5-level estimation scale, item – objective congruence (IOC) between 0.60 and 1.00, discrimination of 0.23-0.93 and reliability of the whole questionnaire was 0.98. The statistics used in the data analysis were: average, standard deviation, Pearson Product moment correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
