The purpose of this research was to study the personnel staff’s attitudes towards the conciliatory duties in the Chanthaburi Provincial Court. The overall results with great job performance were revealed as follows : 1) the personnel staff viewed that the appointed conciliators showed the medium level of their job efficiency 2) the personnel staff commented
that the appointed judges who word as conciliators showed the medium level of their job efficiency 3) the personnel staff thought that the appointed government officers who worked as conciliators showed the medium level of their job efficiency 4) the personnel staff viewed that the
conciliators who did negotiating and compromising jobs showed the medium level of their job efficiency 5) the personnel staff gave the medium level of job efficiency to the final process of conciliatory and compromising jobs 6) the personnel staff gave the medium level of job efficiency to the process of confidential preservation jobs 7) the personnel staff gave the medium level of job efficiency to the process of compromising reports 8) the personnel staff gave the highest level of job efficiency to the disbursement process for individual conciliators.
