The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the work life quality of nurses in Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital under the Directorate of Medical Services, Royal Thai Air Force. The personal factors were studied in this research included age, marital status, level of education, work experiences, monthly incomes and the department. The sample used in this study was 259 nurses in Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital under the Directorate of Medical Services, Royal Thai Air Force. The research tool used in this study was the questionnaire with the reliability of 0.91. The statistics used to analyze in this study were the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
