The purposes of this research were to study the employees opinion towards the organizational culture of companies in Nikompattana Sub-district, Nikompattana District, Rayong Province and to compare this opinion among those employees who were different personal factors, company loyalty and organizational atmosphere. The sample consisted of 274 employees from 5 companies. The instrument was a 5 rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.
