Transformational Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Implementation of the Student Assistant System in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sa Kaeo
This research aimed to: 1) study the transformational leadership of school administrators, 2) study the implementation of the student assistant system in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sa Kaeo, 3) study the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators affecting the implementation of the student assistant system in these schools, and 4) create a predictive equation for the transformational leadership of school administrators affecting the implementation of the student assistant system in these schools. This was quantitative research. The sample consisted of 265 teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sa Kaeo. The instrument used in the study was a 5-level estimation scales questionnaire. The questionnaire was divided into two parts. Part one was a questionnaire regarding the transformational leadership of school administrators with a reliability of 0.99. Part two was a questionnaire regarding the implementation of the student assistant system in these schools with a reliability of 0.99. The statistics used for data analysis were: average, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
