The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the academic administrations in secondary schools in Chanthaburi Province, 2) study active learning in secondary schools in Chanthaburi Province, 3) study the relationship between the academic administrations and active learning in
secondary schools in Chanthaburi Province, and 4) create a predicative equation of how the academic administrations affect active learning in secondary schools in Chanthaburi Province. The sample group used in this research was a group of 304 teachers in secondary schools in Chanthaburi Province in the academic year 2 0 20. The sample size was calculated using Krejcie and Morgans comparison table and proportionate stratified random sampling method. It was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire divided into 2 parts, part 1, th e academic administrations questionnaire had 32 items with a validity of 0.8 – 1.00, a confidence value of 0.95, and a
discrimination of 0.25 –0.80, and part 2, active learning questionnaire with a validity of 1.00, a confidence value of 0.97, and a discrimination of 0.47 – 0.82. The statistics used in the data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and a simple regression
analysis.
