A study of the leadership of the school Administrators Under Chanthaburi Primary Educational service area office in relation the student assistant system of school
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the leadership of the school administrators
2) investigate the student assistant system of school under Chanthaburi Primary Educational
Service Area Office and 3) determine the leadership of the school administrators under
Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office in relation to the student assistant system
of school. The sample of this research was 329 teachers in 2014 who work under Chanthaburi
Primary Educational Service Area Office. The instrument used was a 5 rating scale questionnaire.
The reliability was 0.95 and the statistics used for data analysis included : mean, standard deviation
and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation.
The results of this research were as follow: 1) the leadership of the school administrators
under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level overall for all
aspects. 2) student assistant system of school under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service
Area Office was at a high level overall for all aspects. 3) The leadership of the school
administrators under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office in relation to the
student assistant system of school was positive and statistically significant at .01
