The research purposes were to study and compare the characteristic of learning organization in public schools under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area, classified by position, working experience, and school size. The samples of this research were 133 school administrators and 200 teachers under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area. The instrument for data collection was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t - test, and one-way analysis of variance.
The research findings revealed that the aggregate characteristic of learning organization in public schools under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area was ranked as the high level. The comparison of aggregate characteristic of learning organization in public schools under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area, classified by position was statistically different at .01 significant level. There was no significant difference statistically when comparing the aggregate characteristic of learning organization in public schools under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area, classified by working experience and school size.
