A study of administrstive conditions bases on the good governance of school administrstive among teachers opinions under Chanthaburi primary educational service ared office
The purposes of this research were to study and compare administrative conditions
based on the principles of good governance of school administrators among teachers opinions
under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office. The independent variables were
classified by experiences, educational service area and school size. The sample used in this
research included 327 teachers under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office.
The research instrument was a five-rank-rating-scale questionnaire with reliability value of 0.97.
The statistics for the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way
analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA), and examination of the difference paired by method of
Scheffe.
The results of the study were as follows : 1) the administrative conditions based on the
principles of good governance of school administrators among teachers opinions under
Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, the overall and individual aspects were at
a high level. 2) comparing in experiences and educational service area, these differences were not
statistically significance, but in school size, the difference was statistically significance at the .05
level.
