A Study of the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and administrators effectiveness in schools under Chanthaburi primary educational service area office
The purposes of this research were to study transformational leadership of school
administrator and effective in administration as basic educational standard belong to the
Chanthaburi primary educational service area and study the relationship between transformational
leadership of school administrator and effective in administration as basic educational standard
belong to the Chanthaburi primary educational service area. The samples were administrators and
teachers belong to the Chanthaburi primary educational service area semester 2558 total 331
people. The research instruments were 5-rating scale questionnaires with alpha-coefficient at
0.96. The statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis testing were mean, standard deviation
and Pearsons product moment correlation.
The results of the study were as follows : 1) transformational leadership of school
administrators belong to the Chanthaburi primary educational service are were at the high levels.
2) effective in administration as basic educational standard belong to the Chanthaburi primary
educational service are were at the high levels. 3) The relationship between the transformational
leadership of school administrators and effective in administration as basic educational standard
belong to the Chanthaburi primary educational service area belong was statistically significantly
correlated at .01 level.
