การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพการระดมทรัพยากรเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษาในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี จำแนกตามตำแหน่งและขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้วิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1, เขต 2 ปีการศึกาา 2555 จำนวน 332 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

The objective of this research is to study and compare the status of resource gathering for the educational management within the foundation-level education establishments under the supervision of the Chanthaburi primary Educational Service Area Office and they have been classified by their positions and sizes. The targeted sampling population of 322 that consists of the management and teachers of the aforementioned schools in service area 1 and 2 for the academic year of 2012. The 5-rating scales questionnaire forms have been used for data collection with the reliability value of 0.92.
