A study of the relationship between principals good governance implementions with teachers commitment in School Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17
The purposes of this research were to study the school administrators good governance
administration, teachers organizational relation under the Secondary Educational Service Area
Office 17 and the relationship between school administrators good governance administration and
teachers organizational relation under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17. The samples
of this research were 296 teachers who work under Secondary Educational Service Area
Office 17. The instrument used was a 5 - rating scale questionnaire at level 0.96 and the statistics
used for data analysis included mean, standard deviation and Pearsons Product Moment
Correlation.
The results of this research were as follows: 1) school administrators good governance
administration under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17 was at a high level for the
overall aspects. 2) teachers organizational relation under the Secondary Educational Service Area
Office 17 was at a high level for the overall aspects. 3) the relationship between school
administrators good governance administration and teachers organizational relation under the
Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17 was positive and statistical significant at .01
