This research aims to study the level of happiness and compare the levels of happiness of the public whom live in the municipality of Chanthaburi. They were classified by personal factors and the sampling population were those whose names have been registered with the municipality of Chanthaburi. The size of sampling population was determined by applying the tables of Krejice and Morgan which gave the value of 377 persons.
